NCFST Seminar Series


Welcome to the home page for the Seminar Series at the National Center for Food Safety and Technology. If you are a student registered for FST 593 - Seminar on Food Safety and Technology, please click the link for special information regarding the academic portion of the Seminars program.

Purpose

The purpose of the Seminar Series is to provide Faculty, Staff, Students and me discussion of current research and issues in the arena of Food Safety and Food Processing Technologies. Speakers will range from Center staff, such as Director Martin Cole, to IIT and other university faculty, industry professionals and government scientists and regulators from both the United States and abroad. Seminars are open to any of the people listed above who would like to attend - no registration is required.

Schedule

Our goal is to host a seminar every Friday at 1:00 PM, though this may not always be possible. Please check the table below to determine the schedule. The calendar will be updated as changes are made, so make sure to check back often. Links within the table will lead to appropriate additional information about the presenter, etc.
