There are a multitude of documents that are filled out, submitted and
filed in a university setting. These include application
materials, a variety of different forms and other
varied and sundry documents. We provide links to many
of the most useful here. Call it "One Stop Shopping."

Application
Materials
Please use IIT's convenient online application or download the appropriate
application forms and mail them to the Office
of Graduate Admission. See the application checklist to ensure that
you have submitted the proper forms. Please note that your application
cannot be reviewed for an admission decision until all required forms
have been received in the Office of Graduate Admission. It is to your
advantage to mail all materials together in one package as early as possible.
You may also pay your application fee online.

It is likely you'll need to use one of these forms at some point during
your program of study at IIT. Here are links to their locations:
